I’ve been obsessed with muscle cars since my early teenage years, but my passion for the Chevrolet Camaro in particular knows no bounds. In fact, my first car was a refurbished 1970 Camaro that my dad helped me to restore. Looking back now, it’s pretty incredible how much time and money I put into that car over the years. When I see people taking their cars for granted, neglecting their exteriors and going for months on end without maintenance, I cringe.
Now that my son is old enough to recognize and differentiate between cars, I’ve started buying him a series of 1/18 die cast cars. It should come as no surprise that his very first model was a 1968 Z28, a car remarkably similar to my own real-life pride and joy. I’m hoping that as my son grows older we spend valuable bonding time restoring old cars in the garage.
Nice post there! Taking care of our belongings should be our top concerns. Dada passed his model car collections to me and I am really thankful with it. Now, I am getting my collections from http://www.modelcars.net.
